Jack Benton, CPA

Jack began his career at Ernst & Young in New York where he worked for six years, most recently as a Manager in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice, specializing in providing transaction advisory services for clients within the financial services industry.

Jack was primarily focused on buy-side/sell-side financial due diligence, as well as advisory services in support of private equity and corporate buyers and sellers engaged in M&A transactions.

Previously, Jack worked within EY’s Assurance practice providing audit and other assurance services to hedge funds and asset managers.

Jack graduated from Furman University and received his Master of Accountancy from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Jack is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee.
